At the first meeting we will review your in-take forms, ensure that you experience a safe and comfortable environment, discuss the areas you want to work on, and start to chart a path to your way forward.

Our intake forms have the necessary assessments to get us started. If together we determine it would be beneficial, we may agree to do others. These additional assessments usually have added costs associated with them.

Most sessions will last between 50-60 minutes. We work hard at starting on time and making the most of every minute.

No, unfortunately health insurance currently does not cover these costs.

Yes, we carry appropriate liability insurance which is the industry standard.

For accreditation purposes we may need to record a session. If that becomes necessary, we will ask your permission and will only do so if you sign a permission form. A copy of the recording will be made available to you.

No, we are not consultants or mentors. Consultants and mentors give advice and instruct clients on what to do. Coaches draw out the solutions and action plans from the client in a thought-provoking, creative manner to better solidify progress and solutions. A part of our calling is to also encourage and hold our clients accountable.

No, Coaches are not licensed counselors. We may refer clients to a licensed counselor under certain circumstances. Counselors deal with past and current problematic issues that are from the past and affect the now. Coaches deal with the now and the future. RoxAnne Wilford, on our staff, is a licensed and insured professional counselor and can provide this service.

We believe that the solutions and the way forward rest in each person and needs to be drawn out of the client. We believe that self-discovery is the greatest creator of lasting transformation.

Yes, we do coach people who are struggling in certain work and personal relationships. However, we do not coach a person who is not participating. We also coach the “now and future,” not the past.

It all depends on the issue we are working on and the progress you make. Most clients make a breakthrough and forge a plan forward in six sessions.

You will often have action items to address when you complete a session. Sometimes we may send you a resource to read and think about before your next session.

We will do “Zoom” sessions, when necessary, but we believe in-person office sessions are more productive.

Coach Claudio has been an Executive Pastor for 20 years. He is a Christian but will not impose his beliefs on anyone. He respects the position of all others and their spiritual perspectives.
